Million Dollar Email Templates 2.0 Review: Free Swipe File Deal
A look at AppSumo's own email template library, now listed at $0 as a lifetime deal. What you get, what's vague, and who should grab it.
Ten email marketing lifetime deals from $29 to $79, grouped by job: sending, list cleaning, and the odd extras. Caps, catches and who should skip each one.

| Tool | Suits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| SalesBlink | For cold outreach beginners | $79 |
| SendFox | For creators with newsletters | $29 |
| Utobo Email | For one-tool small teams | $49 |
| CleanMyList | For lists that go stale | $79 |
| LeadCop.io | For WordPress or Wix forms | $49 |
| BillionVerify | For agencies cleaning lists | $49 |
| AI Emaily | For solo inbox triage | $69 |
| follow.it | For tracking blogs and competitors | $49 |
| Firma | For small Workspace teams | $49 |
| Crowdflow by Ophrodite | For terminal-friendly founders | $29 |
The first question with any of these deals isn’t which one looks cheapest. It’s which job you actually need done: sending campaigns, keeping your list clean, or something around the edges. Ten lifetime deals in the email category cover all three, and they don’t compete with each other as much as the category name suggests.

We haven’t tested any of them hands-on. Everything below comes from what the listings show, including the gaps.
SendFox is the cheapest way in at $29, with 5,000 contacts on the entry tier. It suits creators with a blog, podcast or YouTube channel, since it does multi-step automations with A/B testing and RSS-to-email campaigns. A referral widget, API and Zapier access are included.
The catches are real. Double opt-in can’t be switched off on lifetime accounts, the HTML editor is basic, and there’s no Shopify integration. Send limits per tier are unclear, and the listing contradicts itself on custom-domain landing pages. AppSumo shows 4.02/5 across 341 reviews, which is a decent sample.
If your goal is cold outreach, look at SalesBlink. The $79 tier (list price $600) bundles sending, warmup, verification, a shared inbox, meetings and a basic CRM under one login. Nine of the ten tiers have unlimited sends. The tier table is ordered in a way that doesn’t match the prices, so don’t pay for a higher tier until you know exactly what it adds. The company and email databases looked small in the demo video, so don’t buy it as a prospecting source.
Utobo Email sits between the two. At $49 you get API, broadcast, automation and cold email on one contact list, plus warmup on every plan that doesn’t count against your monthly limit. It also includes 100 free verified B2B leads a month. Caps are fixed from 5,000 to 25,000 emails per tier. It comes from a second-time AppSumo vendor, the demo video shows little of the interface, and the listing has no deliverability data. That last gap matters most for an email tool.

Bad addresses hurt a sending domain. Three deals attack that from different angles.
CleanMyList is the one for lists that keep going stale, like event leads or old subscribers. A one-time $79 covers 20,000 verifications every month, sorted into deliverable, risky and undeliverable with a reason for each. Unused checks don’t roll over, and enrichment and extra verification cost separate credits. It has only 3 AppSumo reviews and no published accuracy data.
BillionVerify starts at $49 and checks syntax, MX, SMTP, disposable, role, catch-all and spam trap addresses. It offers CSV cleaning and a REST API with four SDKs, plus 100 free credits to try it. But the listing never says how many credits each lifetime tier includes. We’d treat the 99.9% accuracy claim as marketing copy until someone proves it, and we’d wait for the credit numbers before paying.
LeadCop.io works earlier, at the signup form. It blocks disposable, burner and role-based addresses and prompts people to fix typos like gmial.com. Tiers run $49 to $245, with monthly caps and domain limits on each. It does no MX checks and can’t clean an existing database. Pick it only if junk signups on a WordPress or Wix lead magnet are your actual problem.
AI Emaily triages inboxes and drafts replies, and nothing goes out without your approval. It connects Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, Proton and any IMAP account. The $69 tier gets 2 inboxes and 1,000 AI credits, which is tight, and the tier table conflicts with the FAQ on Autopilot. Credit costs are published, so you can estimate usage before you commit. The email client keeps working once credits run out.
Crowdflow by Ophrodite is the odd one out. For $29 you get a local command-line tool that simulates buyer personas against your cold email before you send. You bring your own API key and pay for usage. The personas are AI-generated and the listing offers no evidence they predict real replies. Treat it as a sanity check on your pitch.
follow.it turns websites, YouTube channels and API feeds into email, Slack or Telegram updates. At $49 it’s good for watching a modest number of competitors. The lower tiers have small AI allowances, and the plan table isn’t labeled by tier. Reviewers rate it 4.85/5 across 116 reviews.
Firma manages email signatures for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 teams from $49. Seat caps are 25, 75 or 200 depending on tier. The listing mentions no analytics or approval workflows, and it has just 2 reviews.

Pick the job first, then check the cap that applies to it. Most of the pain in these listings sits in a limit nobody read until after checkout.
Several are young products, and a few have very few reviews, such as Firma with 2 and CleanMyList with 3. Check the refund window on the listing before you pay. SalesBlink, AI Emaily and follow.it mention 60 days.
Not always. SalesBlink lists verification in its bundle. Other sending tools in this roundup don't mention it, so a verifier like CleanMyList or BillionVerify would be a separate purchase.
SendFox and Crowdflow both start at $29. They do very different jobs, though. SendFox sends newsletters, while Crowdflow only tests cold email pitches and sends nothing.
