Most small businesses shopping for a helpdesk lifetime deal are really choosing between three things: a widget that sends visitors to WhatsApp and other apps, an AI bot that answers the same questions over and over, or a shared inbox with some real structure. The nine listings below cover all three, plus a few oddballs. Prices are the one-time AppSumo prices. We haven’t tested any of these tools, so everything here comes from what the listings show.

Top Helpdesk & Support deals at a glance

If you want one inbox for WhatsApp and friends

AnyChat costs $49 and puts WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, Telegram and 50+ channels behind a single website widget. Every tier gets unlimited channels, domains and conversations, which is generous. The cheaper tiers cap agents, chat flows, AI assistants and chat history, though, so check which cap you’ll hit first.

It isn’t a ticketing helpdesk. The listing is about the widget and messaging. The demo video is a short pitch with no dashboard walkthrough, so you’re leaning on a 4.75/5 average across 154 AppSumo reviews and a 60-day refund window.

Support Board is $69 and behaves more like an actual inbox. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email land in one place, and the chatbot can be trained on PDFs, CSVs, text files and web pages. White label and all supported apps come on every tier.

Now the catch. OpenAI and other third-party fees aren’t included, and WhatsApp needs a paid provider. Reviewers call setup complex and the interface dated. The listing’s tiers and caps also look inconsistent, which is a bad sign in a pricing table. Read them twice.

Cheap AI for repeat questions

If your inbox is mostly the same ten questions, a bot trained on your own content can take real weight off you. Three listings aim at exactly that.

CX Genie is $79 and has the clearest numbers. Tier 1 gives you 10,000 conversations a month and 20 chatbots. It trains on FAQs, documents and URLs, supports 55+ languages, hands off from AI to a human, and has a unified inbox across your website, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. White-labeling, ticket management, form builders and data sync are listed for tier 3 only. The AI runs on GPT models, so limits and costs could shift, and AppSumo’s own summary mentions minor bugs.

ChatInCart is $45. It trains on websites, PDFs, Word, Excel/CSV, images and Q&A pairs. You can step into a chat and hand it back to the AI with one click, and there’s a branded support portal on your own subdomain. We’d be careful, though. The tier limits are confusing, some integrations and custom API actions are locked, and claims like “no hallucinations” are marketing with no demo video or review evidence behind them.

Websy Chat is the narrowest of the three. It answers only from your pages and files, says so when it doesn’t know, and replies in the visitor’s language. Setup is one footer script. It collects a name, email and the visitor’s question, then sends the chat to your inbox. The $69 tier gets 500 messages a month, no live takeover, no lead qualification and no conversation summaries. That’s thin for the price, and the listing says nothing about training limits or file types.

Reselling a helpdesk to clients

Sonny is the only deal here built around agencies. At $149 you get unlimited client workspaces, agents, conversations and chat history. White label runs across the dashboard, email, chat, help center and MCP sign-in, and each client workspace gets its own app domain and branding. The REST API, webhooks and MCP access are included too.

The gaps are real. There’s no WhatsApp, SMS, social inboxes, native Shopify app or direct SMTP/IMAP. AI replies are a paid add-on and the listing gives no price. The iOS app keeps Sonny branding, and you get one custom app domain per workspace. If you run one business and not a client roster, skip it.

Interesting, but check twice

These three are the riskiest, and one of them isn’t really a helpdesk at all.

Foyer is a voice agent that answers visitor questions and scrolls to the relevant page section while it talks. Leads arrive with the full transcript. At $59 it’s a cheap experiment, but the monthly caps are 50, 150 and 400 minutes, and the widget hides when they run out. Tier 1 means one language and dashboard-only lead alerts. With 6 AppSumo reviews and no data on answer accuracy, treat it as a trial.

Syl is $79 and sits closer to an AI agent workspace than a support tool. It has a task board, approval gates for bot actions, and can use a ChatGPT or Claude plan you already pay for. AI usage and sandbox computers are billed separately, the tier limits look inverted, and there’s no video or proof of real results. If you want a simple chatbot, look elsewhere.

Seendesk is an appointment booking tool, so it sits oddly in this category. It’s $29, with email and SMS reminders and reschedule rules you define. But it has one AppSumo review, scoring 1 out of 5, and the listing never confirms calendar sync, payments or video links. Tier details are inconsistent too. We’d wait.

Who each tool suits

Before you buy anything here, look at the refund terms. AnyChat, Support Board, CX Genie and Foyer state a 60-day guarantee. For the rest, the listings we reviewed don’t say, so find out first and buy the smallest tier that covers your channels.

Why each one made the list

  1. AnyChat: $49 puts WhatsApp, Messenger and 50+ channels behind one widget, with unlimited channels, domains and conversations on every tier.
  2. CX Genie: Tier 1 at $79 gives 10,000 conversations a month and 20 chatbots, but white-labeling and ticketing are tier 3 only.
  3. Support Board: $69 covers WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email in one inbox, though WhatsApp needs a paid provider.
  4. Sonny: White-Label Helpdesk: $149 includes unlimited client workspaces and agents with white label across dashboard, email, chat and help center.
  5. Websy Chat: The $69 tier answers only from your own pages but caps you at 500 messages a month with no live takeover.
  6. ChatInCart: $45 trains on websites, PDFs, Word, Excel/CSV and Q&A pairs, with one-click human takeover.
  7. Foyer: The $59 tier is cheap, but monthly caps of 50, 150 and 400 minutes are small and the widget hides when they run out.
  8. Syl - GrokBot Alternative: $79 adds a task board and approval gates, but AI usage and sandbox computers are billed by outside providers.
  9. Seendesk: At $29 it is the cheapest here, but its single AppSumo review scores 1 out of 5.

Frequently asked questions

Do these lifetime deals include AI usage costs?

Not always. Support Board says OpenAI and third-party fees are not included and WhatsApp needs a paid provider. Syl bills AI usage and sandbox computers through outside providers. Sonny sells AI replies as a paid add-on and the listing gives no price. Check each listing before you buy.

Which of these is a full helpdesk with ticketing?

Few of them. CX Genie lists ticket management, but only in tier 3. Sonny is the closest to a classic helpdesk and is aimed at agencies. AnyChat's listing focuses on the widget and messaging rather than ticketing and reporting.

Is there a refund window if the tool doesn't work out?

AnyChat, Support Board, CX Genie and Foyer each list a 60-day money-back guarantee. The other listings we reviewed don't mention one, so confirm the terms on the deal page first.
