Creator Insights vs SocialBu: Idea Engine or Everyday Scheduler
Both are $49 social media lifetime deals on AppSumo. Creator Insights helps you research and repurpose. SocialBu schedules, reports and handles the inbox.
Komently is built around Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM. PosteAhora adds 16-network scheduling to similar DM tools, from $25.

Komently takes 1 round, PosteAhora takes 3.
| Round | Winner | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Comment-to-DM depth | Komently | Komently lists 7-Day Rewind for past commenters, a follow gate and email gating, none of which PosteAhora's listing mentions. |
| Post scheduling and networks | PosteAhora | PosteAhora publishes to 16 networks through official APIs, while Komently's listing shows no scheduling at all. |
| Entry price | PosteAhora | PosteAhora starts at $25 with comment-to-DM on every tier, against $69 for Komently's first tier. |
| Tier clarity | PosteAhora | PosteAhora's tier table reads cleanly, while Komently's columns don't line up with its price order. |
| Track record | Tie | Komently has 6 reviews at 5.00 and PosteAhora has 7 at 4.43, and both samples are too small to separate them. |

Picture a Reel that takes off. Forty people have commented “GUIDE” underneath it, and every one of them is waiting for a link. Both of these lifetime deals promise to send it for you, which is why a buyer might line them up side by side.

The overlap is real, but the products aren’t the same shape. Komently is a focused Instagram and Facebook DM automation tool. PosteAhora is a 16-network scheduler that also happens to include comment-to-DM. Which one you want depends on whether the DM funnel is the whole job or one part of a bigger social workflow.
We haven’t used either tool. Everything here comes from the AppSumo listings, so read it as an analysis of the claims.
Komently’s listing is almost entirely about turning comments into conversations. Besides comment-to-DM, it lists story reply automation, keyword DM auto-replies, public comment replies and a follow gate that makes someone follow you before they get the content. It also has Action Cards, which are button-based DMs.
The feature I’d single out is 7-Day Rewind. It sends DMs to people who commented in the last 7 days, including those who never got a message. Most comment automation only catches comments that arrive after you switch it on. If you post first and build the funnel later, Rewind fixes that. PosteAhora’s listing doesn’t mention anything like it.
There’s a catch. The FAQ says Rewind is exclusive to paid plans, and it doesn’t say how that maps to each lifetime tier. Confirm it before you pay.
Lead capture is the other Komently strength. You can collect emails and phone numbers inside the conversation and require an email before someone receives your content. Analytics cover messages sent, engagement and clicks, with link tracking. What the listing doesn’t say is whether you can export those leads or push them into an email tool. Its only listed integrations are Facebook and Instagram.
PosteAhora starts from the other end. The core is a scheduler that publishes to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord, Telegram, WordPress, Dev.to, Tumblr and Google Business Profile. You write once, see a live preview per network, and swap the media for each one. RSS feeds and bulk CSV import help if you batch your content.
The DM tools are still there. Someone comments a keyword, gets your link, and can be walked through a multi-step flow with answer buttons. There are keyword auto-replies for DMs, Story replies and mentions, plus one inbox for Instagram and Facebook DMs. The FAQ says all of this runs on every tier, for Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages only.
That’s solid coverage, but it reads as less specialised than Komently. The listing doesn’t mention a follow gate, email gating or retroactive DMs. It also doesn’t say how many DMs you can send.
PosteAhora adds a few other things Komently doesn’t list. There’s a hosted connector for AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT, API access on all tiers, per-client workspaces with team roles, and link in bio pages. The listing doesn’t spell out what an agent can actually do, so I wouldn’t build a workflow around that yet.

PosteAhora is the cheaper way in, and the tiers are easy to read:
X is the weak spot. It’s excluded from the $25 tier, and each X account gets 100 posts a month on the higher ones. If you live on X, this isn’t your tool.
Komently costs $69, $149 and $650, and the listing makes them hard to compare. Its feature table shows accounts as 15 / 1 / 3, AI conversations as 450 / 90 / 0, and automations as Unlimited / Unlimited / 20. The columns don’t follow the price order in any obvious way, since a $650 tier with one account would be strange. The listing never explains this, so I won’t guess which tier gets what. The FAQ also mentions a Pro plan with 5 accounts that isn’t one of the lifetime tiers.
Account limits on Komently are shared across Instagram and Facebook, so one Page and one Instagram profile use two slots. That matters if you run several brands.
In short, PosteAhora tells you what each tier gets. With Komently you’d need to open the page and check the table against the tier selector before paying.
Both tools run on Meta’s official API, and both listings say so. That’s a better footing than browser automation, but Meta controls the rules. Komently calls shadow-ban risk zero, which I’d read as marketing. Neither listing says what happens if Meta changes its API terms.
Both have thin track records. Komently has 6 AppSumo reviews at 5.00, and PosteAhora has 7 at 4.43. Neither sample tells you much about long-term support. PosteAhora promises at least 60 days notice before any shutdown so you can export your data, and the listing doesn’t say who runs it or when it launched. Komently’s review summary mentions some initial setup confusion, and PosteAhora’s mentions a wish for more filtering in the UI.
PosteAhora also contradicts itself on stacking. The FAQ says you can stack codes to add accounts, while the plan terms say no codes and no stacking. Get that answered in writing before you buy more than one code.
Komently’s saving grace is the 60-day money-back guarantee mentioned in AppSumo’s summary. Both deals also require you to activate your license within 60 days.
Go with Komently if the DM funnel is the point. That means a coach, creator or small shop that already gets keyword comments and answers them by hand, and wants retroactive DMs, a follow gate and email capture. Use the refund window to confirm the account limit and Rewind access on your tier, then run one real post through it. Hold off on the $650 tier until the table is explained.
Go with PosteAhora if you also need to schedule content. It makes sense for a solo creator or small agency who wants one tool for posting across several networks, with comment-to-DM included and a $25 starting price. The 5-account cap on that tier fills up quickly, so count your profiles first.

If you’d honestly use only the DM automation and nothing else, Komently is the sharper fit. If you’d use scheduling at all, PosteAhora covers more for less money, and its DM tools look good enough for a basic keyword funnel.
Yes. Both listings describe comment-to-DM on Instagram and Facebook. Komently adds 7-Day Rewind and a follow gate, while PosteAhora lists multi-step flows with answer buttons and a shared inbox.
The listing doesn't mention scheduling, a content calendar or any network beyond Instagram and Facebook. If you need to schedule posts, PosteAhora is the one that lists it.
PosteAhora. Its tiers list accounts, storage, X limits and RSS feeds in readable order. Komently's table has columns that seem out of order, and its FAQ mentions a Pro plan that isn't a lifetime tier.
