You want to start cold outreach, and you need two things: a list of the right people and a way to email them without landing in spam. Two AppSumo lifetime deals promise to help, and they sit on opposite sides of that problem. LeadOcean sells the list. WarmySender sells the sending machinery, with a smaller list thrown in.

LeadOcean and WarmySender side by side

Data only versus the whole kit

The biggest difference is scope, and it decides most of this comparison. LeadOcean says plainly that it’s a database and nothing else. No CRM, no sequencer, and the company says it won’t build either. It’s built to feed whatever you already use.

WarmySender goes the other way. One license covers sequencing, mailbox warmup, address verification, a unified inbox, analytics and a 200M-contact lead database. If you’re starting from zero and don’t want to stitch together four subscriptions, that’s the appeal.

So these two aren’t identical products competing feature for feature. They compete for the same buyer on one question: do you need a better source of leads, or a better way to send to the leads you have?

Finding leads

On data, LeadOcean is the clear heavyweight on paper. The listing claims 693 million people profiles and 63 million companies, with job titles, seniority, work history and firmographics. Of those people, 366 million have an email and 166 million have a phone number. You can search, enrich from a LinkedIn URL or work email, export to CSV, or connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through a hosted MCP server and ask for leads in plain English.

WarmySender’s database is listed at 200M contacts. You can also build audiences from CSVs or Sales Navigator URLs. Beyond the headline number, the listing says nothing about sources, refresh rates or how many contacts have valid emails. That’s a real gap, and size alone doesn’t tell you much.

LeadOcean isn’t spotless either. Its own AppSumo review summary admits occasional data quality issues and a need to verify contacts. The listing gives no accuracy or bounce figures. Still, it does name 20+ sources, labels which dataset answered each request, and returns unknown fields empty rather than guessed. That’s more than WarmySender tells us.

Sending and deliverability

Here WarmySender has the field to itself, because LeadOcean doesn’t send anything. WarmySender’s visual builder has eight conditional branch types, plus A/B and A-Z testing with up to 26 subject line variants. Unless your lists are big, that’s more variants than you can read results from. Three or four is realistic.

The warmup system is called A.H.D.E., and the FAQ says it triggers conversations up to five replies deep. The listing claims 99.4% inbox placement across 80,000+ warmup emails in Q1 2026. That’s the vendor’s own figure with no method given, and warmup traffic landing well says little about cold mail to strangers. Treat it as a claim.

Bounce Shield verifies addresses before they enter a sequence and flags catch-all domains on Outlook and Yahoo. Flagging catch-alls honestly is a good sign. Accuracy figures are missing, though.

One more thing. WarmySender’s AI agent feature promises to build, verify and launch a sequence from a plain English prompt. The listing doesn’t name tested agents or say what stops a bad campaign going live. Try it on a tiny list first.

Limits and tiers

LeadOcean has five tiers, from $49 to $1,999. Its limits are fixed allowances that reset on a schedule, with no credits and no overage charges. Based on our reading of the listing, which is garbled in places, the entry tier looks like this:

  • Tier 1, $49: 20K search records and 2K enrichments per 5 hours, weekly caps of 100K and 10K, 100 phone reveals a month, 5K CSV rows a day, 5 requests per second.
  • Tier 2, $199: 50K searches and 5K enrichments per 5 hours, 500 phone reveals, 10K CSV rows a day.

The cap that will pinch first on Tier 1 is the 5,000-row daily export, and 100 phone reveals a month won’t suit anyone who cold calls.

WarmySender has six tiers, starting at $59, with the top one at $999. Reading the table from the top down, the $59 tier looks like 0 LinkedIn seats, 1 workspace, 1 member, 40 warmed mailboxes, 40 cold mailboxes and 1,000 leads a month. That’s a solo plan, and 1,000 leads a month is small next to LeadOcean’s allowance. AppSumo’s own summary also mentions complaints about daily lead limits.

The email and verification rows on WarmySender’s listing aren’t in a sensible order, so we can’t say which cap belongs to which tier. The FAQ also says unlimited mailboxes while the table caps them. Get answers in the AppSumo Q&A before paying.

Price, timing and risk

Both deals offer a 60-day money-back guarantee and require activation within 60 days. LeadOcean lets you move between its five tiers. WarmySender allows upgrades while the deal is live and downgrades within 60 days. Neither lists a coupon trick, and neither allows stacking.

WarmySender’s deal ends on November 29, 2026, so there’s a clock on it. LeadOcean’s listing shows no end date. Ignore the inflated list prices on both.

Review scores are close: 4.89 from 80 reviews for LeadOcean, 4.85 from 65 for WarmySender. Both are small samples from a deal-hunting crowd, and the summaries are marketing copy. Neither listing says how long the company has been running.

Who should pick which

Buy LeadOcean if you already run outreach in a sequencer and the thing hurting you is paying per lead. It’s an inexpensive way to test a very large database, and the fixed limits are easy to plan around. Skip it if you want sending included, or if you can’t verify emails yourself.

Buy WarmySender if you’re a solo consultant or small agency with nothing in place and want sequencing, warmup and verification under one license. Skip the $59 tier if you need LinkedIn seats or team access. Skip it altogether if the lead data is the main reason you’re buying, since the listing gives us nothing to judge it by.

Who should pick LeadOcean or WarmySender

The two could even work together, but the listings don’t say how, so we wouldn’t assume it. Whichever you pick, use the refund window on purpose. Pull a few hundred contacts from the niche you really sell to, verify them, send from a secondary domain, and check bounce and placement yourself well before day 60.

Can LeadOcean replace a cold email tool like WarmySender?

No. The listing says LeadOcean is only data, with no CRM or sequencer, and that it won't become either. You would still need something to send, warm up and track emails.

Possibly for light use, but the listing doesn't say where its 200M contacts come from, how fresh they are or how many emails are valid. The cheapest tier also appears to cap leads at 1,000 a month. Test it on your own niche first.

Can I get my money back on either deal?

Both listings mention a 60-day money-back guarantee and a 60-day window to activate your license. WarmySender's deal also ends on November 29, 2026.
