ResumeUp.AI Review: A $49 Lifetime Deal Built for Job Seekers
ResumeUp.AI is an AI resume builder, ATS checker and job tracker sold on AppSumo from $49. Here's what the listing says, what it leaves out, and who should buy.
Two $49 hiring lifetime deals. CosmoQuick pushes jobs to 100+ channels. Pitch N Hire builds a career page and pipeline, but its AI credit limits are vague.

CosmoQuick takes 3 rounds, Pitch N Hire AI-Native ATS takes 3.
| Round | Winner | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Job distribution | CosmoQuick | CosmoQuick promises one post sent to 100+ channels, while Pitch N Hire only mentions publishing jobs and a career site; neither names any boards. |
| Career page and application forms | Pitch N Hire AI-Native ATS | Pitch N Hire lists a no-code branded career site and custom application forms, and CosmoQuick mentions neither. |
| AI screening clarity | CosmoQuick | CosmoQuick lists unlimited AI shortlisting, while Pitch N Hire marks resume parsing as credit based at 0.01 and never explains what that means. |
| Hiring workflow and automation | Pitch N Hire AI-Native ATS | Pitch N Hire lists custom pipelines, ratings, task assignments and interview automations, against a one-sentence ATS description for CosmoQuick. |
| Job limits and tiers | Pitch N Hire AI-Native ATS | Pitch N Hire states 50 jobs per month at $49 with an upgrade path, while CosmoQuick's 100 job posts has no time period. |
| Support | CosmoQuick | CosmoQuick lists phone and email support, and Pitch N Hire lists email, with priority support only for eligible tiers. |

You’ve got one role to fill next month and a spreadsheet that already looks tired. Two $49 lifetime deals on AppSumo promise to help, and they help with different halves of the job. CosmoQuick wants to get your job ad in front of people. Pitch N Hire AI-Native ATS wants to organise them once they show up.

We haven’t used either one, and neither listing has a demo video. What follows is a read of the listings, which are marketing copy.
CosmoQuick’s headline is simple. Publish a job once and it goes to 100+ hiring channels across job boards, communities, search engines and social platforms. The listing doesn’t name a single channel. It doesn’t say which are free, which might charge for placement, or how the posting actually happens. A big number with no names is a claim, not a feature.
Pitch N Hire makes no promise like that. You can publish jobs, launch a branded career site without code, and build custom application forms. Its effort goes into what happens next: customizable pipelines from application to offer, notes, ratings, task assignments, and automations for emails, interview scheduling and status updates.
So where does your pain sit? If it’s getting seen, CosmoQuick is the one pitching that. If it’s keeping track once applications arrive, Pitch N Hire has the more detailed answer on paper. CosmoQuick does include a built-in ATS covering applicants, stages and notes, but the listing describes it in a sentence or two.
CosmoQuick says every applicant is analysed and ranked. Per its FAQ, you get a match score, a candidate summary, strengths, missing skills and a recommendation. The plan lists AI shortlisting as unlimited, which is a clean promise. What’s missing is any explanation of how the matching works or whether you can tune it.
Pitch N Hire covers more ground on paper: resume parsing and scoring, candidate matching, assessments and AI sourcing. The trouble is the fine print. Resume parsing and CSV import are both marked credit based 0.01, and the listing never says what that unit means or how many credits each tier includes. The FAQ adds that AI features may carry usage limits depending on your tier.
That’s a real gap. If you expect hundreds of resumes for one role, ask for the allowance in writing before you buy. The sourcing claim, finding qualified talent in minutes, comes with no detail on where candidates come from.
On this round we lean to CosmoQuick, simply because unlimited is easier to plan around than an undefined credit. Either way, treat scores as a first sort. Pitch N Hire says its scoring evaluates applicants objectively, and we’d be wary of that word. Anyone near the cut line deserves a human read.

Here’s the money side, side by side.
Ignore the list prices. They’re anchors, and the $789 figure tells you nothing about what the product is worth.
The job caps are where the two diverge. Pitch N Hire says 50 jobs per month, which is generous for almost any small business. CosmoQuick says 100 job posts and stops there. Is that 100 total, per year or per month? The listing doesn’t say. A founder hiring twice a year won’t care. A recruiter filling roles for clients very much will.
Both deals share the same terms in other respects. You have 60 days to redeem or activate, nothing stacks, and both promise future plan updates. Pitch N Hire words it more narrowly, as future updates for the features in your tier, so a premium module added later could fall outside your deal. Pitch N Hire also lets you move between its two tiers, which is a useful safety net.
Seat counts are unstated for both. CosmoQuick’s FAQ says team members can review candidates in a shared workspace. Pitch N Hire’s FAQ says higher tiers bring more users, but gives no number for the $49 one.
CosmoQuick lists Gmail and Google Sheets. That suits a small team that lives in Google’s tools, and it hints at some way to get data out, though the listing doesn’t spell out exports.
Pitch N Hire’s integration story is messier. The structured listing names Gmail, LinkedIn, Outlook and Zoho. The FAQ names LinkedIn, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Zoom, plus other platforms. The lists don’t match, and nothing explains what each connection does. Does the calendar link book interviews by itself? Does the LinkedIn link post jobs? Scheduling is a big time saver, so ask before you count on it.
Support favours CosmoQuick on paper. It lists phone and email, which is rare in lifetime deals. Pitch N Hire lists documentation, onboarding resources and email, with priority support only for eligible tiers. We can’t judge speed or quality for either.
Both listings also call their product an alternative to BambooHR. That’s a stretch. Neither mentions payroll, time off or employee records, so you’d still need something for people you’ve already hired.
Pick CosmoQuick if your biggest headache is posting the same ad in five places and sorting the replies by hand. You get broad distribution, unlimited AI ranking and a phone line for $49. The risks are an unnamed channel list, an unclear post cap and no stated track record.
Pick Pitch N Hire at $49 if you’d rather have a proper pipeline, a branded careers page and templated emails, and you’re comfortable that the AI credit limits are fuzzy. The 50 jobs per month cap is clear, and you can upgrade later if you outgrow it. Skip the $199 tier unless you’re an agency that truly needs unlimited jobs. The listing gives no other reason to pay four times as much.
Skip both if hiring is central to your business and you can’t tolerate surprises. Both look like young products, and an established ATS with public pricing may serve you better, even at a monthly cost.

Whichever you choose, put one real job through it in the first few weeks. Neither listing mentions a refund policy, so check AppSumo’s current terms before you rely on one, and ask the sellers your open questions in writing while the 60-day window is still running.
Both start at $49 for lifetime access. Pitch N Hire adds a $199 tier with unlimited jobs per month, and CosmoQuick has only one tier.
Probably not. Both listings call themselves BambooHR alternatives, but neither mentions payroll, onboarding or employee records. Treat them as hiring tools only.
CosmoQuick, which lists unlimited AI shortlisting. Pitch N Hire says AI features may have usage limits by tier and doesn't say how many credits you get.
