Creator Insights vs SocialBu: Idea Engine or Everyday Scheduler
Both are $49 social media lifetime deals on AppSumo. Creator Insights helps you research and repurpose. SocialBu schedules, reports and handles the inbox.
Both lifetime deals turn Instagram comments into DMs. Chat33 caps contacts per code, while Sociahive caps automated accounts and adds a 21-platform scheduler.

A reel takes off overnight, and by morning a few hundred people have commented asking for the link or the price. You can’t answer them all by hand, and every hour you wait, fewer of them still care. Chat33 and Sociahive both exist for that moment, and both are sold as lifetime deals. They go about it differently, and their limits pull in opposite directions.

Chat33 counts contacts. Each $199 code gives you 5,000 active contacts a month, 20 connected channels, 5 team seats and 20 GB of media storage. You can stack up to 10 codes, and every code adds the same amount.
Sociahive counts accounts. There’s no contact limit on any tier, and every contact lands in a CRM. What you’re rationed on is automated accounts: 1 on the $79 tier, 4 on the $149 tier and 10 on the $299 tier.
Which cap hurts depends on your shape. One brand with a big, busy audience will feel Chat33’s ceiling. Several brands with modest audiences will feel Sociahive’s.
Chat33’s ceiling has teeth. Pass it and you either stack another code or add a card and pay $0.012 per extra contact, which is $12 per 1,000. Do neither and automation pauses until next month. A viral post could stall your flows at the worst moment, and the listing never defines what counts as an active contact.
On pure comment-to-DM tooling, Chat33 shows more of its work. Someone comments a keyword, the DM goes out with your link, and you can set up to 15 public reply variations so your replies don’t look copy-pasted. There’s an optional ask-to-follow step, story reply triggers, buttons, quick replies and carousels, and an A/B split inside a flow. Six templates are included, and Sell From a Comment is the one most small shops will start with.
The follow-up is the feature I like best on paper. A reminder DM goes out hours later, only to people who didn’t click, and clickers are tagged automatically. But the listing says “one reminder” every time, and it doesn’t say whether you can add more or set the delay. It also claims revenue tracking ties automation to real sales without saying how sales data gets in. Ask both questions before you build around it.
Sociahive reaches further but shows less on the flow-building side. It sends a DM to anyone who comments a keyword, and it can answer Instagram DMs with AI that draws on your knowledge base and hands the chat to you when it isn’t sure. Customers can book a time in the DM, synced with Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud or Calendly. WooCommerce stores can send product cards with buy links. The listing doesn’t mention A/B splits or click reports for automations, so we can’t say how well you could measure what works.
The channel gap matters too. Chat33 automates Instagram and Facebook Pages only. Sociahive adds Messenger and WhatsApp, with Telegram on the top tier. If your customers ask questions on WhatsApp, that settles it.

Chat33 publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. That’s a useful bonus, but the listing says nothing about a content calendar, queues, approvals or reporting. I’d treat it as a publisher bolted onto a DM tool, not a replacement for Buffer.
Sociahive is a real scheduler first. It covers 21 platforms, including Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Mastodon, Discord and Telegram channels. You get month, week and day calendars, your own weekly slots, a media library, per-platform previews and tracked short links. It can even turn an RSS feed into AI-written drafts. Clients get a review link to approve posts without a login, and there’s an iPhone app. The listing doesn’t mention Android.
X is awkward for both. Chat33 charges $0.04 per post through pay-as-you-go credits. Sociahive leaves X posting out of the lifetime deal altogether, along with AI images. If X is a main channel, neither deal is clean.
Chat33 is $199 for the Pro plan that normally runs $49 a month, so you break even in about four months. Ten codes cost $1,990 for 50,000 contacts, 200 channels and 50 seats, with no volume discount. Priority support is included at every level, and so is API access.
Sociahive is $79, $149 or $299, against list prices of $348, $948 and $1,788. The $79 tier gives you 30 social accounts, 1 automated account, 300 AI credits, 1 seat and 15 broadcasts a month. The top tier adds 5 seats, 60 broadcasts, a shared live chat inbox, Telegram automation and 5,000 SMS and 5,000 emails a month.
There’s a strange detail in the Sociahive table. The social account numbers fall as you pay more, from 30 to 20 to 10, which looks backwards. It may be a typo, and the listing doesn’t explain it. Check the live page before you pick a tier.
Sociahive also doesn’t say whether actions you trigger from your own ChatGPT or Claude account use up its monthly AI credits. Chat33 offers a REST API, webhooks, an n8n node and an MCP server too, but it presents those as developer extras, not the headline.
Neither is a safe, long-running vendor. Chat33’s founder says in the demo video that he built it alone in 10 months, and that since launching in October there are 100 users, 18 customers and $2,000 in revenue. I like the honesty. It also means a lifetime deal is a bet on one person for years.
Sociahive tells us even less. There’s no demo video, and the listing doesn’t say how long it has existed or how many people use it. The AI-control side in particular looks young. Neither listing spells out a refund window, so read AppSumo’s terms before paying.

If you manage one or two brands, want scheduling and DM automation under one login, and would rather not think about contact counts, Sociahive is the easier starting point at $79 or $149. If your whole business runs on Instagram and Facebook comments, you want A/B-tested flows and click tracking, and your audience fits inside 5,000 contacts, one Chat33 code is a fair test. Whichever you pick, connect one account and run a single post through it before you spend more.
Sociahive tier 1 is $79 for one automated account with unlimited contacts. One Chat33 code is $199 for 5,000 active contacts a month. If your audience is large, Chat33's cap and the $0.012 per extra contact overage become the thing to watch.
Chat33 can, but X runs on pay-as-you-go credits at $0.04 per post. Sociahive leaves X posting out of the lifetime deal entirely, along with AI images, and says both come with its monthly plans.
Sociahive says its Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp automations run through Meta's official APIs. The Chat33 founder says in the demo video that Chat33 is an approved Meta tech provider.
