Hyperleap AI Review: Solid Chatbot Deal, Mind the Credit Cap
Hyperleap AI is an AppSumo lifetime deal from $49 for a support and lead chatbot on web, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Credits are capped, though.
AnyChat puts 50+ messaging channels behind one widget from $49. CX Genie trains an AI agent on your content from $79. Here's how the tiers compare.

AnyChat takes 3 rounds, CX Genie takes 2.
| Round | Winner | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Messaging channel reach | AnyChat | AnyChat's listing claims over 50 channels with unlimited channels on every tier, while CX Genie names four: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. |
| AI chatbot depth | CX Genie | CX Genie describes training on FAQs, documents and URLs, GPT-4o-mini and GPT-4 models, and human handoff, whereas AnyChat only says its bots answer common questions. |
| Entry price | AnyChat | AnyChat starts at $49 against $79 for CX Genie, and AnyChat's top tier ($147) costs less than CX Genie's middle tier ($229). |
| Entry-tier limits | Tie | AnyChat tier 1 allows 3 agents and 60 days of chat history, while CX Genie tier 1 allows 5 team members and 10,000 conversations a month; each caps something different. |
| Automation and helpdesk features | CX Genie | CX Genie lists drag-and-drop workflows, ticketing and a help desk with CSAT reports, though ticketing and white-labeling need the $459 tier. |
| Buyer ratings on AppSumo | AnyChat | AnyChat shows 4.74 from 155 reviews and CX Genie 4.13 from 78, though both figures sit alongside AppSumo's own marketing summaries. |

Picture a visitor on your pricing page at 9pm. They have one question, and they’d rather ask it on WhatsApp than fill in a contact form. Or picture the same visitor asking a question your FAQ already answers, with nobody awake to reply. Those are two different problems, and these two lifetime deals are built around them.

That’s the main thing to understand before you compare prices. AnyChat is about reach. CX Genie is about answers.
AnyChat adds one customizable widget to your site. Visitors pick the app they already use to contact you. The listing says it supports over 50 channels, including WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram, and AppSumo’s summary also mentions Messenger and Instagram. Live chat, click-to-call-back and email requests are covered too, going by the demo video.
CX Genie starts with the bot. You train a chatbot on your own content, and it answers customers around the clock on your site and on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. The listing says the bot runs on GPT-4o-mini for everyday replies and GPT-4 for harder questions, with a handoff to a human when it gets stuck.
Both are pitched as alternatives to Intercom. That’s a big shadow to stand in, and neither listing shows enough to say they match it.
On AnyChat’s side, the useful extras are a WordPress plugin, an embed code for other sites, real-time translation and agency subaccounts. Subaccounts let your clients log in to their own dashboard with the features you switch on. If you build sites for clients, that’s a real selling point.
The AI side of AnyChat is thin on evidence. The listing says bots answer common questions. The demo video is a narrated pitch and doesn’t show the AI, the inbox, the chat flow builder or the translation. So those claims rest on the listing alone.
CX Genie gives you far more detail. You can train agents on FAQs, uploaded documents, live URLs and more, and the listing says support covers 55+ languages. There’s a drag-and-drop workflow builder with conditional logic and triggers, and a unified inbox with chat filters and conversation assignment. All tiers include API and SDK access and a hybrid chat mode.
The demo video adds a few specifics worth knowing. You can add answers to unanswered questions to fill knowledge gaps over time, and connected ecommerce stores let the agent recommend products. It doesn’t show reporting screens or any measure of answer quality, so how well the bot copes with a messy support queue is still unknown.

AnyChat’s three tiers are $49, $98 and $147, all stackable. The listing’s feature table is ambiguous, but it appears to read from highest tier to lowest, and that’s how we’ve read it here. Confirm the exact limits on the AppSumo page before you buy.
| AnyChat T1 ($49) | AnyChat T2 ($98) | AnyChat T3 ($147) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agents | 3 | 5 | 25 |
| AI assistants | 3 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Chat flows | 3 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Chat history | 60 days | 90 days | Unlimited |
Channels, domains and conversations are unlimited on every tier. The widgets and workspaces rows look odd in the listing, with the middle value lower than the others, so treat those as unclear.
CX Genie’s plan list shows $79, $229 and $459. Its review text quotes $69, $219 and $449 instead, so check the live page. There’s no stacking, but you can upgrade between tiers while the deal runs.
| CX Genie T1 ($79) | CX Genie T2 ($229) | CX Genie T3 ($459) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Conversations a month | 10,000 | 30,000 | 60,000 |
| AI knowledge documents | 50 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Chatbots | 20 | 50 | Unlimited |
| Team members | 5 | 20 | Unlimited |
Here’s the catch. Ticket management, form builders, white-labeling with custom auth, and chatbot data sync are marked tier 3 only. The listing’s own pitch leans on white-labeling and a help desk, yet most of that sits behind the $459 price. The help desk row is stranger still: true for tiers 1 and 3, false for tier 2. Ask before you assume.
Also, the listing says this deal ends on 2026-10-29. That date has passed, so make sure it’s still live.
Neither source gives accuracy figures for the AI, response times or uptime. We haven’t tested either tool, so we can’t speak to how they behave day to day.
AppSumo’s summaries mention a learning curve and occasional slow support responses for AnyChat. For CX Genie they mention minor bugs, UI polish issues and support turnaround times. Those summaries are marketing copy, so read the individual reviews.
AnyChat also doesn’t describe ticketing, reporting or service-level tools, and the listing and demo focus on the widget and messaging. If you need a full helpdesk, that’s a gap.
If your goal is more conversations from people who’d rather use WhatsApp or Telegram, AnyChat is the cleaner fit. It’s cheaper, the channel list is wide, and agencies get subaccounts. Just keep the caps in mind: 3 agents and 60 days of chat history on the entry tier will pinch a growing team.
If your goal is fewer repetitive questions landing on a person, CX Genie makes more sense. It’s the only one of the two that clearly describes training a bot on your own documents, and tier 1 gives you 5 team members and 10,000 conversations a month. For a Shopify or WooCommerce store, the store data sync is attractive, but the plan table puts it at tier 3.
Agencies are the tricky case. AnyChat’s subaccounts come in at lower prices, while CX Genie’s white-labeling costs $459. If reselling is the plan, work out which model your clients would actually pay for.

Whichever you pick, use the 60-day window properly. Load your real FAQ or your real channels in the first week, send a few awkward test questions through, and decide before the refund period closes.
AnyChat. Its tiers run $49, $98 and $147, and they stack. CX Genie's listing shows $79, $229 and $459 with no stacking. Note that CX Genie's review text quotes slightly lower prices, so confirm the current figure on AppSumo.
Yes. Both listings point to a 60-day money-back guarantee. Both also require you to redeem or activate your license within 60 days, so set up your real use case early.
The listing says it ends on 2026-10-29 at 12:00 (UTC-5). That date has passed, so check the AppSumo page before you plan a purchase around it.
